Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated, ensuring to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and Halloween sprinkles.
  7. Flatten a portion of dough in your hand, place an Oreo in the center, and wrap the dough around it.
  8. Arrange stuffed cookie balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.
