Ingredients

  • 2 cups Soy Wax Provides a clean burn and excellent scent throw.
  • 2 pieces Wicks Choose size based on container.
For the Fragrance
  • 1 ounce Fragrance Oil (Café con Nata) High-quality oils for best aroma.
Optional Additions
  • as needed Dyes Candle-specific dyes to color the wax.

  • Double boiler
  • Containers for candles
  • Scissors
  • Thermometer

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Work Area by covering your work surface with newspaper or a protective cloth.
  2. Melt the Wax in a double boiler until fully melted, reaching about 170°F.
  3. Add Fragrance to the liquefied wax and stir gently for about 2 minutes.
  4. Color the Wax with candle-specific dye if desired, ensuring uniform color.
  5. Prepare Wicks by securing them in containers using adhesive.
  6. Pour the Wax into prepared containers, leaving about half an inch at the top.
  7. Cool and Set at room temperature for about 4 to 6 hours.
  8. Trim Wicks to about 1/4 inch above the wax surface.
