Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9"x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, crack open the large eggs and whisk them with a pinch of kosher salt, black pepper, and a splash of water.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the unsalted butter. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves into your greased baking dish.
  5. Layer the sliders with cheese, savory ham, scrambled eggs, and remaining cheese slices.
  6. Put the top halves of the Hawaiian rolls back on and press down lightly.
  7. Combine melted butter, maple syrup, French fried onions, and seeds in a small bowl and mix well.
  8. Brush the glaze mixture over the tops of the rolls and bake covered with foil for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
