- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9"x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, crack open the large eggs and whisk them with a pinch of kosher salt, black pepper, and a splash of water.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the unsalted butter. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves into your greased baking dish.
- Layer the sliders with cheese, savory ham, scrambled eggs, and remaining cheese slices.
- Put the top halves of the Hawaiian rolls back on and press down lightly.
- Combine melted butter, maple syrup, French fried onions, and seeds in a small bowl and mix well.
- Brush the glaze mixture over the tops of the rolls and bake covered with foil for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly, then slice into squares and serve warm.
