- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle flour over the onion and garlic mixture, cooking for about 2 minutes to form a roux.
- Gradually whisk in beef broth and Guinness, simmering until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, return meatballs to the skillet, and coat with gravy.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
