  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1-2 tbsp Hot Honey optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Slice each pitted Medjool date lengthwise and fill with softened goat cheese.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine walnuts, rosemary, orange zest, orange juice, cinnamon, sea salt, and olive oil.
  4. Spoon the walnut mixture over each filled date and arrange in the baking dish before baking.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until warm and walnuts are slightly toasted, then cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve on a platter and drizzle with hot honey if desired.
