  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats or quick oats
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon or nutmeg/ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Stick Butter or coconut oil/margarine

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, slice your peaches and combine them with cane sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and optional vanilla extract.
  3. Carefully pour the peach mixture into your prepared casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. In a clean bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add cold vegan stick butter to your dry ingredients and mix until large crumbs form.
