Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic until well combined.
  2. In another small bowl, combine cornstarch with water, stirring until completely smooth.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  4. Sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes, until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  5. In the same skillet, add more vegetable oil, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Return cooked chicken to the skillet and gently toss to combine.
  7. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
  8. Slowly add the cornstarch slurry, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
  9. Remove from heat, sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
