Cooking Steps
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 1 minute until shimmering.
- Add ground turkey, break it apart and sauté for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to medium, stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce over the turkey, stir to coat, and let simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in most of the green onions, reserving some for garnish.
- Serve the turkey over rice, noodles or lettuce cups, topped with reserved green onions.
