Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Peel and slice carrots, then trim green beans. Add both to the bowl with the glaze and toss until coated.
  4. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through until caramelized and tender.
  6. Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with parsley before serving.
