Making the Drink
- In a mason jar, combine 2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon of whole milk, 1 tablespoon of canned pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and ⅛ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Using a milk frother, whip the mixture for about 10-20 seconds until it becomes creamy and well combined.
- Grab a tall glass and fill it generously with ice cubes. Pour in ½ cup of your chosen milk and then add ½ cup of chai tea concentrate. Stir gently to mix the cold milk and chai together.
- Gently spoon the prepared pumpkin cold foam over the iced chai mixture, allowing it to sit beautifully atop the drink.
