Brownie Batter Dip Instructions

  2. In a stand mixer, combine the softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and optional espresso powder. Beat on medium speed for about 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Slowly add the Cool Whip to the cream cheese mixture and mix on low speed until just combined.
  4. Gently introduce the warm brownie mix into the cream cheese and Cool Whip blend, mixing on low speed for 1-2 minutes until uniform.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips using a spatula, ensuring even distribution.
  6. Transfer the dip into a serving container, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
