  1. In a stand mixer, combine 1 cup of softened butter and 8 ounces of cream cheese at room temperature. Beat them on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture is fully smooth and creamy.
  2. With the mixer running on low, gradually add 1 cup of brownie mix to the creamy mixture. Mix for about 1-2 minutes until fully incorporated.
  3. Slowly pour in 2-4 tablespoons of milk while mixing on low until the desired creaminess is achieved.
