Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Place a 2-3 pound chuck roast into your 6-quart slow cooker, ensuring it's centered and not touching the sides.
  2. Evenly sprinkle 2 teaspoons of dried minced onion and 1 teaspoon of Montreal steak seasoning over the roast.
  3. Pour 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1½ cups of Arby's sauce over the seasoned beef.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
  5. After cooking, shred the beef into bite-sized pieces and stir it into the sauce.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1 cup of cheddar cheese sauce for about 1-2 minutes until hot.
  7. Assemble the sandwiches by piling warm, shredded beef onto onion rolls and drizzling with cheese sauce.
