Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients and prepare your workspace.
  2. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch using plastic wrap.
  3. On each chicken breast, lay down turkey and Swiss cheese. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Create a breading station with flour, egg mixture, and breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Bread the chicken rolls by coating them in flour, then dipping in egg, and rolling in breadcrumbs.
  6. In a skillet, melt butter and brown the rolls for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.
  7. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Prepare the cheese sauce by whisking flour into melted butter, adding milk, and Swiss cheese until creamy.
  9. Slice the chicken rolls, serve warm topped with creamy Swiss sauce.
