Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of milk, 8 large eggs, chopped green onions, onion powder, and salt until fully combined.
  2. Gently fold in ¾ pound of diced Canadian bacon and 6 diced English muffins into the egg mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly for uniform cooking.
  4. Cover the baking dish tightly and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) the next morning.
  6. Remove the cover and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and puffed.
  7. Prepare the Hollandaise sauce mix according to package instructions, adding ¼ cup of butter at the end.
  8. Once cooled slightly, drizzle warm Hollandaise sauce over each serving.
