  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup White or brown sugar works as alternatives
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder Ensure it’s unsweetened
Filling
  • 1 cup Nutella (or Chocolate Hazelnut Spread) Can use a homemade chocolate spread
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk (unsweetened, canned) Substitute with almond milk for a lighter option
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Use pure vanilla for the best taste
Topping
  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries Fresh raspberries are also a great choice
  • 2 tablespoons Additional Maple Syrup Alternatively, use sugar or honey

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the crust by pulsing whole graham crackers to fine crumbs, then blend with almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and cocoa powder.
  2. Press the mixture into the pie plate tightly to form an even layer.
  3. Rinse the food processor and blend Nutella, melted coconut oil, coconut milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  5. Place pie in the freezer for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Prepare raspberry drizzle by heating frozen raspberries and additional maple syrup until thickened, then strain and cool.
  7. Slice the pie directly from the freezer and serve topped with fresh raspberries and raspberry drizzle.
