Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of diced fresh peaches, ½ cup of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until well coated and set aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
