Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix package instructions. Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water in a bowl, then pour into a greased pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
  2. Rinse strawberries under cool water, pat dry, and hull each strawberry to make assembly easier.
  3. Assemble the kabobs by threading a brownie square, a strawberry, and a marshmallow onto a skewer. Repeat until the skewer is filled.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second increments and stirring until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the assembled kabobs, or dip the ends for an extra chocolaty finish.
  6. Refrigerate the kabobs for about 10 to 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set before serving.
