Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the mixture in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf on a lined sheet pan.
  3. Make the sweet & spicy glaze by whisking together brown sugar, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Coat the meatloaf with half of the glaze.
  5. Bake the meatloaf for about 1 hour until golden brown and the internal temperature is 160°F (70°C).
  6. Apply the final glaze during the last 15 minutes of baking.
  7. Rest the meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
