Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them completely dry. Cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper powder, paprika, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to form a paste.
  3. Toss the potato cubes in the spice paste until fully coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Layer the seasoned potatoes in the basket and air fry for 18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. If using an oven, preheat it to 425°F (220°C). Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add cayenne, chopped cilantro, paprika, and lemon juice.
  7. Toss the cooked potatoes with the cilantro sauce while still hot.
