- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grab a 9-inch ungreased tube pan.
- Sift together the cake flour and 3/4 cup of sugar. Fold in 1/3 cup of rainbow sprinkles.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat 12 large egg whites and add a pinch of cream of tartar, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1/8 tsp salt. Gradually add the remaining 3/4 cup of sugar. Whip until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the flour mixture into the whipped egg whites in thirds using a spatula.
