Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of flour, ½ cup of packed brown sugar, ¼ cup of melted unsalted butter, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to make the crumb topping.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the ½ cup of softened unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, then mix in the mashed bananas.
  4. Add 2 large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
