Ingredients

For the Muffin Batter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar Can be replaced with brown sugar for a richer flavor.
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour For a gluten-free version, substitute with a gluten-free flour blend.
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder Make sure it's fresh for the best rise.
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Enhances overall flavor.
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Chocolate Chips Semi-sweet chocolate chips also work well.
  • 1 large Egg For vegan option, use a flax egg.
  • 1/3 cup Oil Can swap light olive oil with melted butter for added flavor.
  • 1 cup Milk (2% or Whole) Almond milk can be used as a dairy-free alternative.
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese Cottage cheese blended until smooth is a good substitute.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Consider chocolate or almond extract for a different touch.
