Preparation Steps
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and cool.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Italian dressing, red wine vinegar, oregano, and black pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta and dressing, tossing gently to coat evenly.
- Fold in the salami, pepperoni, provolone, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and banana peppers.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Just before serving, fold in the shredded lettuce.
