Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Italian dressing, red wine vinegar, oregano, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta and dressing, tossing gently to coat evenly.
  4. Fold in the salami, pepperoni, provolone, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and banana peppers.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Just before serving, fold in the shredded lettuce.
