Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly for about 3-4 minutes until well incorporated.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and cilantro until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and press half of the meat mixture into the bottom. Create a well in the center for the filling.
  4. Spoon the filling into the well, spread evenly, and top with the remaining meat mixture, sealing the filling completely.
  5. Bake for approximately 1 hour, checking that the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). The top should be golden brown.
