  4. Flip the chicken thighs and drain excess fat if necessary.
  5. Add butter and garlic to the skillet, let the butter melt and cook the garlic for about 30 seconds.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
