Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers. Add 1 pound of ground beef, breaking it apart into small crumbles. Cook for about 6–8 minutes until the beef is fully browned.
- Once the ground beef is browned, push it to one side of the skillet. Add one diced onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic to the empty side and sauté for about 3 minutes.
- Stir in 4 cups of broccoli florets, mixing them well with the beef, onion, and garlic. Allow the broccoli to sauté for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for 5–7 minutes over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat to low, then pour in 1/2 cup of heavy cream, stirring gently to combine.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the creamy mixture, then cover the skillet again.
- If desired, drizzle in 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle red pepper flakes before stirring.
- Serve the Keto Hamburger Broccoli Skillet hot straight from the pan.

Notes
For best results, ensure the beef is well-browned and watch the broccoli to maintain its tender-crisp texture.
