  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until just al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat, then add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
