Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your bundt pan with unsalted butter and dust with flour.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until pale and fluffy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour in the lemon juice and add the lemon zest, mixing until combined.
  7. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  9. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
  10. Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice for the glaze and drizzle over the cooled cake.
