Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Soak raw cashews in hot water for 1 hour, then drain.
  4. Blend soaked cashews with oat milk, maple syrup, lemon juice, turmeric, and lemon extract until smooth.
  5. Divide chilled chia pudding into jars and layer with lemon cream.
  6. Cover and chill for another 3 hours before serving.
