Ingredients

For the Base
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
For the Herbs
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Chives finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parsley finely chopped
For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Spatula

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese. Using a whisk, blend these ingredients until smooth and creamy, which should take about 2-3 minutes. Ensure there are no lumps.
  2. Next, squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir vigorously for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well-incorporated.
  3. Finely chop the fresh dill, chives, and parsley before folding them into the dip. Use a spatula to gently mix the herbs into the cream mixture, being careful not to over-mix.
  4. To allow the flavors to meld, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes.
  5. While the dip chills, wash and cut your chosen vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  6. After chilling, give the dip a gentle stir and taste for seasoning adjustments. Transfer it to a beautiful serving bowl and arrange the fresh vegetable dippers around it. Serve immediately.
