Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by washing your fresh broccoli under cold water and chop the heads into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a rolling boil and add the broccoli to blanch for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Transfer the broccoli to an ice bath immediately to halt the cooking process.
  4. In a jar, combine rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili-ginger sauce, vegetable oil, maple syrup, and lime juice. Add grated ginger and shake well.
  5. Place cooled broccoli in a mixing bowl and coat with dressing before tossing gently.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld together.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the salad and enjoy chilled.
