- Boil 4 cups of filtered water in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of butterfly pea flower tea leaves. Steep for 5 minutes and strain into a pitcher. Refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
- Fill your drinking glasses with ice cubes to the brim.
- Pour lemonade into each glass, filling them about an inch from the top.
- Carefully pour the chilled butterfly pea flower tea into the glasses, slowly down one side to create a layered effect.
