- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onion, green pepper, and minced garlic for about 2 minutes.
- Add the ground chorizo and taco seasoning to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until chorizo is browned.
