  3. Combine Salad Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the chilled pasta with prepared corn, crumbled Cotija cheese, and any optional ingredients. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Whisk the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cumin, and paprika until smooth.
