- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan, feta, bacon bits, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Finely chop the spinach and fold it into the cheese mixture.
- Cut the puff pastry into 1-inch squares and keep them chilled.
- Press the pastry squares into the greased mini muffin cups.
- Spoon the filling into each pastry cup, filling three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
