Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan, feta, bacon bits, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Finely chop the spinach and fold it into the cheese mixture.
  4. Cut the puff pastry into 1-inch squares and keep them chilled.
  5. Press the pastry squares into the greased mini muffin cups.
  6. Spoon the filling into each pastry cup, filling three-quarters full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
