Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F for Mini BLT and Caprese bites or to 350°F for Mini Grilled Cheese.
- Carefully slice mini pretzel bites in half horizontally, keeping each half intact.
- Cook bacon on a lined baking sheet at 400°F for 12-18 minutes until crispy. Cool on a paper towel.
- Spread mayonnaise on the insides of pretzel halves, layer in bacon, lettuce, and cherry tomatoes for BLT.
- Mix pesto with mayonnaise to create a creamy pesto aioli. Prepare mozzarella and tomato for Caprese.
- Spread pesto aioli on pretzel halves, layer in mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil leaves for Caprese.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese inside remaining pretzel halves and bake at 350°F for about 6 minutes.
- Allow bites to cool slightly before serving. Arrange on a platter with dipping sauces if desired.
