- In a medium bowl, combine hulled and sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and let sit for about 10 minutes until syrupy.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until smooth, then add milk and vanilla and mix until velvety.
- Layer trifles in clear glasses starting with broken pieces of ladyfingers, followed by cream cheese mixture, and then macerated strawberries. Repeat layers.
- Top each trifle with a layer of fresh blueberries.
