Method
 

Bang Bang Chicken Skewers Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and soy sauce. Whisk until smooth and well-blended, then set aside some for dipping.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes and toss with salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
  3. Add 4-5 tablespoons of Bang Bang sauce to the chicken and marinate for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Thread 6-8 pieces of chicken onto each soaked skewer; arrange on a tray to get them ready for grilling.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high and spray with oil. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.
  6. Brush skewers with remaining sauce, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot with reserved sauce for dipping.
