- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted unsalted butter, and strawberry jam until moistened. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking pan. Chill for about 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until combined. Spread over the chilled graham cracker crust and return to the refrigerator.
- Mix together the blueberry pie filling and drained crushed pineapple. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and mix with the fruit mixture. Pour over the cheesecake layer and return to the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Spread the remaining whipped cream over the set blueberry layer. Garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Chill briefly before slicing.
