  4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball. Let it rest, covered with a kitchen towel, for about 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the Dutch oven, line with parchment paper, and place the dough inside. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the crust is a deep golden brown.
  7. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
