Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for about 25-30 minutes until cooked. Allow to rest, then dice.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until golden.
  3. Stir diced chicken into garlic oil until evenly coated. Heat for 2-3 minutes, then mix in grated cheese until melted.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat, add cheesy chicken mixture, fold in sides and roll tightly.
  5. Melt butter in the skillet, place wraps seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden, then flip and toast other side.
  6. Let wraps rest for a minute, then slice in half. Optional: sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
