- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and cut the broccoli into florets. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillet skin-side down in the center of the prepared sheet pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together minced garlic, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and ginger for the sauce.
- Reserve about ¼ cup of the sauce in a separate bowl for serving later.
- Brush the remaining sauce over the salmon and drizzle over the broccoli.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and the broccoli is tender.
- Remove from oven, transfer to a serving plate, and drizzle with reserved sauce before serving.
