  • 2 fillets Salmon Skin-on for enhanced flavor
  • 2 heads Broccoli Cut into florets
For the Citrus Ginger Sauce
  • 1/2 large Orange Juice for maximum flavor
  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce Low-sodium recommended
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Can substitute with maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Fresh preferred; ground can be used

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and cut the broccoli into florets. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down in the center of the prepared sheet pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together minced garlic, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and ginger for the sauce.
  4. Reserve about ¼ cup of the sauce in a separate bowl for serving later.
  5. Brush the remaining sauce over the salmon and drizzle over the broccoli.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and the broccoli is tender.
  7. Remove from oven, transfer to a serving plate, and drizzle with reserved sauce before serving.
