Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine whole milk, egg, and melted butter. Whisk until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently. Fold in crushed Oreos.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour about half a cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Flip each pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve the pancakes stacked high, drizzled with maple syrup, whipped cream, and topped with fresh berries.
