Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chill your serving glasses and all ingredients—orange juice, French vanilla coffee creamer, and soda water for at least one hour.
  2. On a shallow plate, pour a thin layer of honey. Gently twist each chilled glass in the honey to coat the rim.
  3. Combine demerara sugar and a pinch of cinnamon in another shallow dish. Dip the honey-coated rims into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Fill each glass three-quarters full with crushed ice.
  5. Pour French vanilla coffee creamer over the ice until the glass is about three-quarters full.
  6. Pour in enough freshly squeezed orange juice to fill the glass to the rim.
  7. Top off each glass with soda water or lemon-lime soda.
