  • 3 tablespoons Honey Select high-quality honey for the best taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes Adjust according to your spice preference.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, dill, mint, lemon zest, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix until creamy.
  3. Lay out two sheets of phyllo pastry, coat with olive oil and cut into strips about three inches wide.
  4. Take one strip of phyllo, place a tablespoon of the filling one inch from the edge, and roll tightly.
  5. Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. In a small saucepan, combine honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice over low heat until warm and mixed.
  7. Once baked, allow to cool slightly and drizzle with chili honey or serve on the side.
