  1. Prepare the Dough: Start by rolling out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness — about ¼ inch works well. If you’re using store-bought dough, ensure it’s at room temperature for easier handling. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into your preferred style, whether round or rectangular.
  2. Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet, place strips of bacon over medium heat and cook until they're crispy and browned, approximately 6-8 minutes. Once crispy, use tongs to transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess fat.
  3. Assemble the Pizza: Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Drizzle a thin layer of olive oil over the rolled-out pizza dough. Arrange evenly sliced fresh peaches over the dough, followed by crumbled crispy bacon. Scatter quick-pickled onions on top.
