  • 16.5 ounces Refrigerated Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Chill for easier handling.
For the Chocolate Centers
  • 24 pieces Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Substitute with any similar chocolate candy if desired.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Allow enough time for the oven to reach this temperature.
  2. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of chilled refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough and roll it into a ball. Place one ball in each prepared muffin cup.
  4. Gently press each dough ball into the bottom and sides of the muffin cup to form wells.
  5. Bake the cookie dough for 5-6 minutes until slightly set but still soft.
  6. Immediately place a Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cup in the center of each partially baked cookie cup.
  7. Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes.
  8. Let the cookie cups cool in the tin for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
