Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Allow enough time for the oven to reach this temperature.
- Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of chilled refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough and roll it into a ball. Place one ball in each prepared muffin cup.
- Gently press each dough ball into the bottom and sides of the muffin cup to form wells.
- Bake the cookie dough for 5-6 minutes until slightly set but still soft.
- Immediately place a Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cup in the center of each partially baked cookie cup.
- Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes.
- Let the cookie cups cool in the tin for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
