  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded or diced
  • 10 pieces Bamboo or Wooden Skewers Soak before use

Step-by-Step Instructions for Pizza Tree on a Stick
  1. Soak bamboo or wooden skewers in water for about 20 minutes to prevent burning during baking.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Grease a flat surface with olive oil and roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle, about ½ inch thick.
  4. Slice the dough rectangle in half lengthwise to create two long strips.
  5. Spread a layer of tomato sauce on one half of the dough and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Place the second half of the dough on top of the cheese layer and press down gently to seal.
  7. Cut the layered dough into five strips, each about two inches wide.
  8. Fold each strip back and forth in a zig-zag motion to create a tree shape.
  9. Insert a soaked skewer through the center of each folded strip to secure the tree shape.
  10. Place Pizza Trees on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
