  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds or sesame seeds

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by cutting the hothouse cucumbers in half crosswise, then slice each half lengthwise into ½ inch strips. Place the strips in a single layer on a large platter, ensuring they don't overlap.
  2. Take half a strip of prosciutto and gently lay it over each cucumber piece, allowing the edges to hang slightly for visual appeal.
  3. Thinly slice fresh strawberries and carefully place them on top of the prosciutto. Follow with 1-2 blackberries on each slice.
  4. Using a piping bag or a small spoon, pipe or dollop crème fraîche onto each cucumber slice.
  5. Sprinkle crushed almonds over the crème fraîche, then add a light dusting of poppy seeds.
